1. What we mean by the words we use
In our Privacy Policy, when we refer to “Users”, this is referring to the customers of our website which includes visitors to our sites not just those who buy. “Cookies” is used as a technical terms referred to when we want improve our users experience rather than the biscuit we all know and love [sadly!].

As a valued customers you have right to change to access, change and edit your communication and marketing preferences. This can be done within your account with us or by messaging us through the ‘contact us’ button on the homepage.

We also retain personal information for as long as necessary to for example 14 day period in which to fully refund you if a product was to be faulty or damaged. Please note that we collect and maintain aggregated, anonymised or de-personalised information which we may retain indefinitely in order for us to improve our business and online experience for our users.
10. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time but make sure it is kept up to date and in compliance with any new laws / regulations. When this happens will display a little pop up message on our homepage and maybe even add a web banner so try and look out for these.
We do encourage our customers to check this Privacy Policy from time to time for any changes that maybe in place since you last read it. This will help ensure you better understand your relationship with us, including the ways we process your personal information.
